Since our launch in February of this year, we have had many discussions with security leaders about the application of Artificial Intelligence in InfoSec. In those discussions, we have noticed there is a level of confusion concerning AI concepts (e.g. “what is the difference between ML and AI?” and “What is Deep Learning?”).
In light of this, and at the suggestion of our customers, we are hosting a session for Security Leaders that is designed to clarify the jargon and then go deep on the application of AI to your InfoSec challenges of Detection and Response. We will call on some AI experts to lend their 10+ years of work in the field to break it all down into consumable elements.
The experts we tapped are Dr. Veeramachaneni and Dr. Arnaldo. Between them they have 17 years of thought leadership in Artificial Intelligence -- and 10 of those years at MIT's CSAIL. (Although both are affiliated with PatternEx, this session will be vendor-agnostic.)
The session is August 3rd in Las Vegas, and is a short walk from the Mandalay Bay. It begins at 11am and wraps at 1pm. Lunch will be served.
Our goal is to compress the learning curve for you, the Security Leader, so you can more rapidly evaluate your people, processes, and technologies as you prepare for the future of InfoSec.
Seating is limited, but we are also making ourselves available for 1:1 sessions.
